A Year in the Making

This week A Wandering Memory will reach its 1st year anniversary. We can’t believe that it has been a year since we decided to restart writing, restart blogging and restart sharing our passion for travel.

And what a year it has been! there has been highs and lows, adventure and exploration, coupled with change and evolution. One thing I will say is that it has definitely been interesting.

A Wandering Memory has given me a medium to share our stories, our thoughts, our wanderlust and our passion with the world. We have amassed over 150 posts, with a growing following of over a thousand people worldwide, from the Philippines to America, Germany to Australia.

I have met some incredible artists, photographers and like minded travellers, such as Nicole, Miriam, Oxie, Dorothea, James, Joanna, Ellen, Lena, Mike, Sam, Andrea, Patrick, Mike and so many more. You have inspired me with your blogs, inspired me to continue, and reminded me of a travellers ethic… Helping fellow travellers is as much a part of travelling as travelling itself.

We never lost our passion for travel and during the past year A Wandering Memory has visited fifteen countries, with eight of these adding to a tally of fifty nine. Everyone of these fifty nine have contained remarkable experiences – leading to unforgettable memories.

Thank you all for viewing my posts, sharing my blog and commenting. I’ll continue writing and sharing so please keep inspiring me to do so…

    1. Oh wow that many countries it’s hard to choose a single one! We loved Croatia recently it was spectacular… Diving the lava caves in santorini was also magical! But Xmas in New York was also an incredible experience. Thank you so much for the support and comment. How’s it all going your end?
